Interior Inspection
Our thorough interior inspection covers every aspect of the inside of your property. From walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows to electrical outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures, no detail is overlooked.
Exterior Inspection
The exterior inspection focuses on evaluating the building envelope, siding, and foundation. We meticulously examine doors, windows, and any exterior structures such as porches, decks, or balconies.
Roof Inspection
We provide a meticulous evaluation of the roof's structure, shingles or tiles, and flashing. We assess for potential leaks, water damage, and examine gutters, downspouts, and roof ventilation to ensure your roof is in top condition.
Plumbing
Our plumbing inspection entails a comprehensive evaluation of the entire plumbing system, including pipes and fixtures. We inspect the water supply and drainage systems, identify potential leaks, water pressure issues, and assess the functionality and safety of your water heater.
Electrical Inspection
The electrical inspection covers a thorough examination of the electrical panel, circuitry, outlets, switches, and fixtures. We assess grounding and safety measures to ensure your electrical system is up to standard and free from hazardous wiring.
HVAC
Our HVAC inspection evaluates your heating and cooling systems for functionality and efficiency. We also inspect ventilation and air circulation throughout the property, assess air filters and indoor air quality, and identify potential issues affecting comfort and energy efficiency.
Drone Footage - A Bird's-Eye View of Your Property
Our advanced drone technology allows us to capture high-resolution aerial footage of your property. With this unique perspective, we can closely examine the roof, chimneys, gutters, and other hard-to-reach areas that are often challenging to access during a standard inspection. This aerial vantage point enhances our ability to identify potential issues and provides you with a more complete understanding of your property's condition.
Thermal Inspection - Uncovering Hidden Anomalies
Our thermal imaging technology allows us to detect temperature variations within your home's structure. This non-invasive method helps us identify hidden issues such as leaks, moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, and electrical hotspots. This adds an extra layer of analysis, enabling us to spot potential problems that might not be visible to the naked eye. By detecting these anomalies early on, you can address them proactively.
